Experience some of the highlights of Beijing and visit Beijing Zoo and the Giant Pandas, visit a Silk factory and enjoy a tasty lunch while also visiting some of the main sites of the city.
Seen as a symbol of China, the giant panda is an endangered species and a visit to Beijing Zoo allows you to see them close up.
This is followed by a visit to Yonghe Temple, one the largest and most important Tibetan Buddhist monasteries in the world.
Lunch will be served at a local's home followed by a tour of the Hutongs by rickshaw.
An opportunity to visit the Beijing Olympic Venues, the “Birds Nest” and the “Water Cube” is included.
To conclude the tour, visit a silk factory and learn about Chinese porcelain at a porcelain factory.
