When you’ve Booked: You’ll receive an initial confirmation from us immediately. We will then send your booking details to Eiffel Tower to confirm the availability. Within 48 hours, once they confirm that your requested date/ticket is available we will email your confirmation which will include the local operator’s contact details and any further information.

Please Note:

• The Skip-The-Line tickets provide a queue jump of the main queues at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Any queues at the security check point and lift to the summit are unavoidable with any ticket type.
• Due to the booking and confirmation systems of this attraction, our partners may occasionally need to amend your Tour Times if your booking was made longer than 60 days before arrival. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and no refunds can be given when any such changes occur. We will always notify customers immediately if any such change occurs.
• Extra measures may be implemented at some venues due to heightened global security. As a result, we may experience delays in getting through mandatory security checks when entering these venues. Extra measures may also restrict the size of bags that can be brought inside. To avoid disruptions or possible denied entry, we strongly suggest that you avoid bringing large purses, bags, or backpacks on your tour.

Your guide will lead you through the tower up to the second floor, enthusiastically sharing stories and anecdotes along the way and pointing out the famous monuments below. You’ll have complete freedom to spend as long as you like exploring inside. At the conclusion of your visit of the second floor, you’ll have the option to be accompanied by your guide to the river cruise departure point, or you can choose to continue on your own. It’s up to you!
