• This pass can only be used once at each attraction.
• Important: If you have a child under the age of 3 years old they will be able to enter most of the attractions for free. We recommend that you check with the attractions in advance whether children under the age of 3 are free as there are always some exceptions.

When you’ve Booked: You’ll receive an initial confirmation from us immediately. We will then send your booking details to the supplier within 48 hours to request confirmation. Once they confirm that your requested date and ticket is available, we will email your confirmation which will include the local operator’s contact details and any relevant information.

The Go City New Orleans Pass is activated from the first time of use. Once activated it is then valid for the number of included attractions over a 30 day period. You have one year from the date of purchase to begin using your pass. After one year, it will expire.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: PHOTO ID may be required upon activation and use at each attraction.

This pass can only be used once at each attraction.

When you purchase your Pass, you will receive a PDF document from us which you can download and instantly use on your Smartphone as a Mobile Pass – or alternatively you can print this document out.
