• Your ticket includes the Jersey Boys Show performance. Food and Beverages are available at the venue and are not included in your ticket.

• Please bring photo I.D. with you. Please ensure you are at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to show start in order to collect your tickets.

• Please note that the decision of the Management is final.

• Show runs every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 7 pm, except from 14th - 21st, 24th and 31st of December 2015.

• All theatre bookings are 100% non-refundable once booked.

• Jersey Boys Show is 2 hours and 10 minutes with a pause of 8 minutes.

• Guests must be 5 years or older. However the show is recommended for guests who are older than 12 years. Please note that Jersey Boys contains strong authentic Jersey language and is not appropriate for all ages.

• The venue is accessible for wheelchair users and disabled guests.

• Please note: Luggage (including Hand Luggage such as Rug sacks) are not accepted in the Theater so please refrain from taking luggage items as you will be refused entry.
