Our qualified Egyptologist guide will pick you up from your hotel and escort you to the Sharm airport and assist you with the check in procedures. Your flight to Luxor is 45 minutes.

Upon arrival at Luxor airport our friendly representative will welcome you to Luxor and introduce you to your experienced English-speaking Egyptologist guide who will be in your company all day.

Drive from the East to the West Bank which was believed by the ancient Egyptians to be the city of death, it is there where the sun sets and disappears in the underworld and this is why all the tombs are located there.

You will start your visit with the Valley of the Kings, a magnificent architecture which was used for burial of many kings (the best known of the tombs are those of King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tutankhamen, King Ramssess VI, King Mrenptah and Amonhotep II).

You will then visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by Queen Hatshepsut, daughter of Thutmosis I, who ruled Egypt for around 20 years during the 18th Dynasty (1490–1469 B.C), the only Pharaonic woman who reigned ancient Egypt.

You will then pass by the Colossi of Memnon for about 15 minutes – this is what remained from the big mortuary temple of Amunhotep 111. The façade of the temple was being restored but the whole building was damaged by an earthquake and left only these 2 statues. It is a very nice place to take photos of these two huge statues, the Nile, the farms and also the West bank with the beautiful backdrop of the mountains.

You will then head back to the East bank in Luxor where you will have lunch at local restaurant.

Afterwards continue your tour to visit Karnak Temples, the greatest example of worship in Egyptian history, dedicated to the God Amon, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu.

End your tour by visiting the Temple Of Luxor. It was built by Amunhotep III in 18th Dynasty in the New Kingdom and it was completed by Ramesses II during the 19th Dynasty. Return to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Sharm.

A rep will meet you again upon arrival in Sharm airport and transfer you back to your hotel.
