Married Over Manhattan Helicopter Flight

Married over Manhattan is a 20 minute private helicopter flight where you can get married or renew your wedding vows – all in a personalized ceremony right in the helicopter! As you soar together above the famous Hudson River, you and your beloved will view all of the magnificence of the New York City skyline, all the way up to Yankee Stadium. As the helicopter travels back towards the majestic Statue of Liberty, you’ll share your wedding vows, customized to celebrate your special love story and union, and led by a licensed New York City Wedding Officiant. New York City is one of the most romantic cities in the world, and the perfect spot for the wedding of your dreams.

Helicopter Marriages run 7 days a week from 9am-6:30pm Mon-Sat and from 9am-5pm Sundays from the Downtown Manhattan Heliport located at Pier 6 and the East River. Please note: From 1st April 2016 onwards, flights will depart from Mondays- Saturdays only.

Helicopter Wedding Packages include your helicopter flight, your personalized wedding ceremony, a photo plaque in front of the helicopter, and a gift from us. Legal marriage for opposite and same-sex couples also includes the filing of your marriage paperwork with the NY City Clerk.

Please note: 

• Price is for up to 5 people including the Officiant.
• A mandatory Heliport Facility Fee of $35pp will be payable at the heliport.
• Infants under the age of 2 years will need to sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
• This tour is non-refundable once booked - 100% cancellation charges apply.
• A New York City marriage license is required to make the marriage legal. The couple must appear in person at one of the borough offices. The cost of the License is $35.00. A blood test is not required. There is a waiting period of 24 hours from the time the license is issued so please ensure you obtain this well in advance of your wedding. • Your flight takes approximately 18-20 minutes.
• The pilot can serve as your marriage witness if you do not have one.
• State of the art voice activated headsets for all passengers so you can speak and hear your vows clearly.
