Emirates has gradually been rolling out its premium economy offering onto key routes including Heathrow, Hong Kong, Paris CDG, Sydney and New York JFK.
The new premium economy class will also now be available on routes from Dubai to Amman, Mumbai, Muscat and Bahrain.
This means that the airline’s premium economy cabin will be offered on more than 635 weekly flights across Emirates’ network, with the aim of reaching 2 million premium economy seats (up from the current 1.8 million) by the end of the year.
For those travelling to and from Amman, a four-class A380 will be deployed on flights EK903/904 from 26 October, 2025.
Flights EK504/505 to and from Mumbai will feature a retrofitted Boeing 777 aircraft, with 22 weekly flights from 26 October.
Later in the month, Emirates will deploy its A350 on EK862/863 services to/from Muscat from 30 October.
The airline will also introduce an additional retrofitted Boeing 777 aircraft to Bahrain on EK833/834 services every Thursday from 4 December.
Emirates also said that the aircraft deployment “may be advanced if released earlier from refurbishment”.

Important Business Value Fare Brand Details
• Lounge Access: Business Value tickets do not include complimentary lounge access, regardless of RBD. In most cases lounge access is not available for purchase at the airport.
• Seat Selection: Seat selection is only available at an additional fee.
• Changes & Cancellations: Changes to tickets is permitted for a fee, while cancellations are not permitted. Business Value fares are non-refundable.
• Other Business Fare Options: For greater flexibility and additional benefits like lounge and seating, book Business Comfort or Business Deluxe fares.
Lounge Access Tagging in PNRs
• Business Value Tagging: Ineligible Business fares such as Business Value will be tagged in the PNR with an SK remark (SK NOLO), indicating no complimentary lounge access.
• Eligible Fares: Other eligible Business and First fares (Deluxe & Comfort) will continue to include complimentary lounge access.
• Purchase Lounge Access: Advance booking for the Etihad Business Lounge at AUH is available. Lounge products can be purchased by agents through GDS or Manage My Booking.

From 18th October 2026, Virgin Atlantic will start seasonal services to Phuket, three times a week to Thailand’s largest island and a captivating destination, on a Boeing 787-9.
It will be the only direct route between London Heathrow and Phuket, making luxury winter escapes that much more accessible. There’s also advanced connectivity through our Bangkok Airways partnership leading to endless Thai adventures in Koh Samui, Krabi and beyond.
This expands our developing winter sun portfolio which includes Dubai, The Maldives and most recently Cancun. Phuket has a diverse culinary scene and attractions to offer travellers, from the Golden Buddha at Wat Khao Rang to the vibrant streets of old Phuket town offering a mix of sun, culture and adventure.

Please be advised that, along with the supplementary flights between Singapore and London Heathrow scheduled for Wednesday, 18 March 2026, we will also be operating an additional supplementary flight on Wednesday, 25 March 2026, in response to ongoing flight disruptions and to support customers’ travel plans.
These additional services will be operated by a Boeing 777-300ER and will complement our existing schedule of four daily flights from London Heathrow, as well as our daily London Gatwick service and five-times-weekly Manchester service.
